APC Building Services place upmost importance on the safety and security of our staff, clients and their residents.

We undertake regular reviews of our risk assessments, method statements and all health and safety procedures.

Prior to any works commencing APC Building Services will produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), outlining risks such as housekeeping to avoid accidents, control of materials and substances, working with vulnerable individuals. These are then sent to our client for review and approval by their Principal Designer.
Once the RAMS are checked and approved, all site operatives and sub-contractors are asked to review and sign to certify that they have read and understood the
requirements set out in the RAMS. A site induction will then take place that will include all health and safety requirements for working on-site as entailed within the Construction Phase Plan (CPP).
